You may ask why the logo is this adorable crab with big eyes and a happy smile. Why would a clothing shop choose a crab?

To understand why this logo was designed for my shop, a little background is necessary:

My favorite short story when I was growing up was about a young boy on the beach who was throwing items into the ocean. An old man walked up to the boy and saw that he was throwing crabs into the ocean, as they were cluttered across the shore. The old man asked the little boy what he was doing, the little boy replied "I'm throwing the crabs into the sea." The old man asked, "why are you throwing them back? There are too many, you couldn't possibly make a difference." The boy picked up another crab and looked at the old man as he threw it back into the water. He said, "I made a difference to that one."

This story was very impactful to me, I cared deeply about making a difference to those around me and spreading kindness wherever I went. Ever since I've heard this story I have been working towards impacting people in a positive way and bringing kindness to their day. I shared this story with my best friend in college, and shortly after I created SweetNSpicier, she designed this logo for me! Her act of kindness has made a difference in my life and it will stay with my heart forever.

To me, the SweetNSpicier logo means that I'll do all I can to make a difference to each customer. I aspire to create a special experience for all who visit my site, purchase an item, or ask questions. I hope that the cute crab can inspire each customer to spread their inner kindness and beauty throughout their lives too!
